By booking your trip with our company, this means customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. And a failure to comply with these terms will result in a cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
THE BOOKING AND CONFORMATION
Safari with 2 brothers Tanzania is a tour operator as well as supplier and distributor for travel and tourism related suppliers we mean destination management company , activities providers , tour operators,accommodation organizers, transport company and more by the term booking we mean the purchase of any product or service made on any of websites or at your destination when it’s part of safari with 2 brothers Tanzania . The balance of payments are due 60 days prior to arrival I Tanzania, all travelers receive per-trip information, complete itinerary and on-demand pre travel advice, via email directly with our offices for any last minute or personal queries. And in the event of a particular accommodation being unavailable upon Booking , accommodation of a similar or higher standard will be substituted.
Bookings are affixing when Safari with 2 brothers Tanzania has sent a written confirmation to an email address submitted by the customer .
NB, in the event that you make a booking with safari with 2 brothers Tanzania after arriving in Tanzania we will endeavor to carry out your request but you should understand the difficulties of late booking in regards to obtaining accommodation, transport and safari guides with reasonable notice.
THE CONFIRMATION
The confirmation is our contract and it is important that you the customer make sure that it is in accordance with your order. Any comments must be made immediately payment confirms acceptance of these conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation with Safari with 2 brothers Tanzania.
PAYMENT TERMS
The consented payment terms apply. Usually a deposit payment is made the amount of the deposit depends on the type of safari and accommodation , the deposit of safari is 30% of the total cost of safari and the deposit paid is for secure your tour / trip and for a necessary booking process which includes hotels , Camps (accommodation )and other ground handling. But the final balance payment should be paid not more than 40 days before the safari/ trip starts and suggested to be paid full 70% of the total safari cost. Better to know, a 3.5% charge is required for a bank transaction .
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you cancel your booking in full or partially for any reason whatsoever Safari with 2 brothers Tanzania will levy cancellation charges as defined in the section below. 65 days before departure: deposit non refundable 50 -60days before departure – 60% , 49 days or less before departure – 90% of your totally safari cost , definitely we honestly advise you to take out a suitable insurance to cover such potential losses.
MEDICATION CONDITIONS & DISABILITY
If you or any member of you has any medical problem that may affect your holiday. Please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements . So you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking if we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned we must reserve the right to decline the booking or if full details are not given at the time of booking. Good physical condition is strongly recommended as preparation for all trips especially those involving trekking, you may be traveling in rugged areas away from immediate medical attention and facilities. By forwarding the deposit the passenger certifies that he/she does not have any physical or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for him/ herself or fellow passenger. It’s essential that any passenger with a medical requiring regular treatment or which may be affected by vigorous activity, high altitude, heat, cold or other natural phenomenon or particular foods notifies Safari with 2 brothers Tanzania and the trip leader, in writing in advance of travel.Cancel when we become aware of the details.
PROBLEM
If you have a problem during your Safari please inform the relevant organiser ,camp ,hotel manager/ safari provider . Immediately he will endeavour to put things alright, if your problem can’t be resolved honestly you must send full details to safari with 2 brothers Tanzania in writing within 30 days of your return to your home .if you fail to follow this procedure we will not accept duty as we have been deprived the opportunity to investigate the problem that you had on your safari and amend the that problem.
